1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pool AI services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use our Services.

2. Service Description

Pool AI provides:

  • AI Monitor: Test strip photo analysis and dosing recommendations
  • Full Maintenance: GPS-verified visits, chemical treatment, and photo reports
  • Dashboard: Access to history, graphs, and pool status

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain secure access to your account
  • Not use the Services for illegal purposes
  • Ensure safe access to the pool for our technicians
  • Notify us of any problems or equipment damage

4. Maintenance Services

4.1 Scheduled Visits

Visits are scheduled according to your contracted plan. We reserve the right to reschedule visits due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

4.2 Chemicals and Materials

Plans that include chemicals cover normal usage. Excessive use due to previously unreported problems may result in additional charges.

4.3 Limitations

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to pool or equipment
  • Problems caused by third parties
  • Normal wear and tear of equipment
  • Structural problems with the pool

5. Payments and Billing

  • Payments are made monthly in advance
  • We accept credit card and bank transfer
  • Prices may be updated with 30 days notice
  • Non-payment may result in service suspension

6. Cancellation

  • You can cancel at any time without penalty
  • Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial periods
  • We reserve the right to cancel services with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

All Pool AI content, software, and technology are the exclusive property of Pool AI. You do not acquire any ownership rights to our software or content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pool AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the last 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pool AI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the Services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Alicante, Spain.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal action, parties will attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith for a period of 30 days through direct communication.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
